antelope

Neil has a friend who loves to hunt, but his family doesn't eat the meat. Last week he was hunting with some other people, and shot two Antelopes. He called Neil to see if we wanted the Antelopes and of course Neil said yes. So, now we have a freezer full of nothing but Antelope meat. Now, before you go gross, the meat is actually quite good and very tender. And, with the price of beef right now I'll take any free meat I can get.
